+ Sunday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
+ Tuesday–Saturday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
+ Sunday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
+ Tuesday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
About Client:
The client is a leading provider of asset-light transportation solutions, offering tech-enabled truck brokerage services, managed transportation, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery.
Position Overview:
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will supervise a team of customer service specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will coach your team, manage daily operations, and resolve complex customer issues.
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise daily activities of the customer service team
+ Support team development and performance
+ Maintain performance statistics and reports
+ Analyze results and troubleshoot issues
+ Handle escalated customer problems and ensure resolution
Requirements:
+ Minimum 4 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in a lead role
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Call center experience
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
+ Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
+ Ability to work under pressure and exceed customer expectations

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per week
