Quality Control Supervisor – Food Production
**Location:** Sterling, VA
**Pay Rate:** $26.00 per hour
**Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Adecco is hiring an experienced **Quality Control Supervisor** to support food production operations in Sterling, VA. This role is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and ensuring compliance with quality and food safety programs within a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must have:
Education (one of the following):
+ Bachelor’s Degree in _Food Science_ (preferred) **OR**
+ 5 years of experience in food safety, regulatory, or quality within a food manufacturing environment
Experience & Knowledge:
+ Minimum 5 years working with food safety and quality control programs in a food-production facility
+ Understanding of FDA/USDA regulations and food safety principles
+ Experience with cleaning/sanitation processes in food manufacturing
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
+ Prior experience with USDA, FDA, and GMP is preferred
Key Responsibilities
+ Recommend and support improvements to quality policies and procedures
+ Train, supervise, and oversee Quality Control Technicians
+ Communicate quality programs/standards across operations
+ Investigate non-conformities and ensure effective corrective actions
+ Provide training to operations, maintenance, and receiving staff
+ Maintain productive relationships with internal teams and USDA personnel
+ Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal food safety programs
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management

**Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
