Responsibilities for a Senior Cost Consultant include but are not limited to:
+ Provide commercial expertise and procurement support including RFPs, tender analysis, contract terms, and governance
+ Support package reviews and recommendations for general contractor buy-out processes
+ Apply and enforce established procurement processes within the facilities team
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
Candidates for Senior Cost Consultant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Proven experience in cost consulting and procurement within facilities or construction environments
+ Ability to work remotely with flexibility for periodic travel to office or site locations
+ Strong understanding of procurement governance and contract management
+ Excellent communication and analytical skills

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Pay Details:** $38.00 per hour
