    Yard Operations Associate

    **Location:** Virginia Beach, VA

    **Pay Rate:** $18.00 per hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Adecco Staffing** is hiring a **Yard Operations Associate** in Virginia Beach, VA! This position is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in an outdoor environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform general warehouse and yard duties, including inventory management, order picking, shipping, and receiving.

    + Provide spotting assistance for equipment operators and perform rigging and cribbing of materials.

    + Inspect equipment daily and maintain compliance with all written safety guidelines.

    + Receive, count, and record shipments; pack, unpack, and label stock items for storage or delivery.

    + Load and unload products from vendor and customer trailers safely and efficiently.

    + Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure a safe working environment.

    + Interact with customers and provide excellent service as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous warehouse or yard experience preferred.

    + Ability to work in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions.

    + Strong attention to safety and detail.

    + Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.

    + Ability to lift and move materials as required.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
