Position Overview
Adecco Staffing is seeking a motivated and experienced **Fitness Director (FD)** to lead the Personal Training department at a Crunch Fitness location. The Fitness Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the personal training team — driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities:
+ Drive sales by pursuing leads and meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals.
+ Build meaningful connections with potential clients and close sales effectively.
+ Increase brand visibility inside and outside the facility through outreach and events.
+ Attend local and in-house events to promote the club and your training team.
+ Assess new clients’ fitness needs and assign them to compatible trainers.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with both current and prospective clients.
+ Address client concerns tactfully and efficiently.
+ Accurately prepare and manage client contracts using company systems.
+ Lead, coach, and mentor your team of trainers to achieve performance and sales objectives.
+ Recruit, interview, and select top talent to fill team vacancies.
+ Oversee trainer scheduling and ensure accurate reporting.
+ Promote industry best practices and lead ongoing staff training.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; **Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science preferred** .
+ 2+ years of **sales experience** (preferred).
+ 2+ years of **personal training experience** (preferred).
+ 2+ years of **supervisory or leadership experience** (preferred).
+ **Professional Personal Training Certification required** from one of the following:NASM, ISSA, ACE, NCCPT, NFPT, ACSM, NESTA, or CSCS.
+ **CPR/AED certification preferred.**
+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business goals.
+ Team-oriented with a passion for health, fitness, and client success.

Job Requirements:
