+ **Pay:** $25.00 - $ 32.00/hr
+ **Shift/Hours: Onsite**
+ Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Finance & Accounting Analyst supports financial operations, budgeting, and vendor management activities across departments. This role is responsible for processing invoices, purchase requests, and budget transfers while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with experience supporting finance or accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Process invoices, purchase requests, and change notices accurately and efficiently.
+ Manage and track Purchase Orders (POs), Check Requests, and related financial documentation.
+ Support payment and billing activities, resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal business units.
+ Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to review budgets, spending, and variance analysis.
+ Assist in the preparation and submission of the division’s annual budget.
+ Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
+ Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
+ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process automation and workflow optimization.
+ Assist management with special projects, reports, and ad hoc financial initiatives.
+ Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting; automotive OEM experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
