+ **Shift:** 2nd Shift - there is a 10% shift premium, except when training on 1st shift

+ Proven experience operating **CNC Lathe machines**

About the Company
Our client is a long-established aerospace manufacturer with roots dating back to the 1940s. Over decades, they’ve evolved into a leading global supplier of complex engine components and precision repairs for both commercial and military aircraft. Their Warren, MI facility specializes in machining hard alloys, complex cases, and aero-engine fabrications.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate CNC **lathe machines** (Fanuc control experience a plus — training available)
+ Work with **hard metals** including Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel
+ Set up parts, fixtures, and tools for machining operations
+ Read and interpret **CNC programs, blueprints, and operation sheets**
+ Verify part accuracy using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
+ Work within **tight tolerances (thousandths of an inch)**
+ Operate hoists to load parts and fixtures as needed
+ Collaborate with shift supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Requirements
+ **2–5+ years** of CNC Machining experience (Aerospace preferred)
+ Experience machining **large-diameter parts** (30–70 inches)
+ Familiarity with **Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
+ Ability to work overtime as needed
+ Must pass **drug screen and background check**
+ Must have **unrestricted U.S. work authorization**

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
