             About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Superintendent to lead and manage onsite teams for commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong field leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality builds on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities + Lead onsite construction teams and foster strong working relationships with subcontractors. + Review subcontracts, drawings, specifications, and addenda to identify design issues or code violations. + Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, quality control, safety, job site layout, and manpower planning. + Maintain and upload daily job reports to the project folder. + Oversee daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and temporary labor. + Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety regulations. + Maintain a detailed project schedule and ensure timely documentation and record-keeping. + Manage project close-out procedures, including punch lists and owner training. + Respond promptly to all work-related communications (email, phone, text). Required Skills & Experience + Proven experience in commercial construction supervision + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents + Proficiency with Procore, RedTeam, or similar project management software + Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications + Experience in Tenant Improvement (TI) construction + Experience in commercial retail or healthcare construction Top Skills + Commercial Construction + Blueprint Reading + Project Management Software (Procore, RedTeam) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
