Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects. This role involves assessing subcontractor qualifications, finalizing agreements, and coordinating essential documents. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely completion of projects and manage the project closeout process.
Responsibilities
+ Assess subcontractor qualifications and finalize subcontract and purchase order agreements.
+ Review, approve, and coordinate documents such as shop drawings, mock-up approvals, pre-installation meeting notes, and design clarifications.
+ Oversee and manage the timely completion of all punch list items, ensuring all work is fully completed before demobilization.
+ Review and approve invoices and receipts for accuracy and assist with the collection of invoices.
+ Prepare and submit monthly financial reports while keeping project files and communications updated.
+ Manage the project closeout process by attending walkthroughs with the owner and architect to create the punch list, gathering and presenting closeout information, and verifying the completion of punch list items for sign-off by the owner and architect.

+ Associates or Bachelors degree in construction management
+ 5+ years' experience as a construction project manager
Work Environment
This role requires working Monday through Friday on project sites within Southeast Wisconsin. It is crucial to be onsite to oversee project progress and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
