             Job Title: Interior Designer Job Description We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a passion for creating luxurious spaces. This role requires an individual with a strong background in high-end hospitality, restaurant, residential, or private club design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of both conceptual and technical design elements. Responsibilities + Develop and execute high-end interior design projects for hospitality, residential, and private club clients. + Create detailed construction documents and drawings using AutoCAD. + Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative design solutions. + Utilize Photoshop and InDesign for design presentations and project visuals. + Engage in all phases of design from conceptual design, schematic design, to design development. + Coordinate and manage custom projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations. + Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and design concepts. Essential Skills + 3-6 years of Interior Design experience. + Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign. + Experience in drawing construction documents. + Ability to work on high-end projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with FF&E and SketchUp. + Client-facing experience. + Experience with custom projects. Work Environment The position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Our office is located at 20 West 36th St, 6th floor, NY, NY. We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to arrive between 8:30-9:30 and end your day based on your arrival time. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr. 17 days PTO (this will increase to 22 days after 3 years) - Not including all Public Holidays, Full Christmas Holiday closure and 1 Research Day per year401k with MBDS contributing up to 3%.Flex-time - start between 08.30-9.30 & finish between 5.30-6:30Reduce lunch by 30 minutes/leave 30 minutes earlySummer Hours – option to leave at 1pm on Fridays between Memorial Day & Labor DayWFH days – 2 per weekLong Service RewardsMonthly drinks and raffle to win dinner at a NY restaurant Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in New York,NY.
