We are currently seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager who excels in communication and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities + Manage and expand the survey department. + Produce survey deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D software. + Schedule and oversee survey crews. + Resolve boundaries and conduct construction staking computations. + Develop and maintain client relationships with a strong commitment to client service. Essential Skills + Minimum of ten years of survey experience. + Proficiency in using Leica Survey equipment, including Total Station and GPS. + Ability to operate total stations with electronic data collection capabilities. + Advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills. + Knowledge of field survey engineering methods, techniques, and survey instruments. + Understanding of construction plans and specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. + Experience with boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys, as well as construction layout. + Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle outdoor elements and dust. + Physically able to work at construction sites and travel over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces. + Willingness to travel to projects across the United States and work long hours, nights, weekends, and out-of-town assignments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $52.88/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
