    Looking for a Controls Engineer to support an Automotive OEM local to Cincinnati, OH!

     

    • Description

    + The Controls Engineer's scope of work will be centered on a Transmission Gear Program and responsibilities are as followed:

    + Validating program capabilities with Siemens PLCs and CNC motion controls systems

    + Commissioning new equipment

    + Programming/troubleshooting electrical issues

    + Actively participating in safety sign-offs

    + Verify equipment capabilities

    + Coordinate with cross functioning engineering teams to conduct meetings with Tier I suppliers

    Plc programming, Allen-bradley, Hmi, Controls engineering, Robotics, Troubleshooting, Electrical, Siemens plc, Automation

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + 10+ Years Controls experience

    + Extensive software programming experience - Siemens based preferred

    + Knowledge of international electrical/safety standards (UL, ISO, IEC etc) and familiarity with internal/external safety processes (risk assessments, PSS, coordinated safety etc.)

    + Familiarity with program delivery elements from the cost study phase to launch

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
