             Job Title: Civil Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Civil Project Manager to join our Civil Site Team in the Atlanta, GA office. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and surveyors to produce high-quality construction documents and specifications for various civil site projects. The role requires both teamwork and independent work to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion. Responsibilities + Manage civil site projects from concept through construction. + Cultivate and maintain client relationships throughout the design, approval, and construction phases. + Prepare proposals, project scopes, and budgets. + Develop site plan and site grading documents for commercial, industrial, and residential developments using AutoCAD Civil3D. + Create Erosion Sediment Control plans for diverse projects. + Design utility layouts in AutoCAD Civil3D pipe networks. + Research municipal zoning and development codes, and document findings. + Submit and process development plans through municipal approval procedures. + Prepare plan quantity estimates for client usage. + Develop specifications to support construction documents. + Conduct quality control reviews of development plans. + Provide construction administration for submittals, RFIs, and site issues as needed. + Prepare letter reports and project correspondence. + Coordinate with other engineering disciplines. + Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Work independently with minimal supervision. Essential Skills + 8+ years in civil site land development engineering. + Proficiency in Civil 3D. + EIT certification acceptable; PE license preferred. + Experience in site development, hydrology, and stormwater management for commercial, healthcare, industrial, and residential projects. + BSCE degree and GA PE license. + Excellent communication skills. + General knowledge of fundamental engineering principles, including surveying, geometrics, hydraulics, grading, floodplain management, and utility design. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in Hydroflow, Hydrographs, and HEC-RAS is preferred. + Project management experience is advantageous. + Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.10 - $67.31/hr.
