    Warehouse Associate Essential Functions

    + Gather and pack orders for shipment.

    + Load and unload trucks.

    + Receive and inspect all incoming raw materials for correct type, grade, and quantity against bill of receipt.

    + Print labels for material pallets or drums.

    + Obtain freight bills and packing lists.

    + Print HMIS labels.

    + Unload freight to staging area.

    + Accurately perform cycle counts.

    + Operate LN hand scanner and terminal software.

    + Comply with all safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.

    + Participate in Total Quality and ISO Certification.

    + Operate various warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and stock picker.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    + Commit to the company’s safety and quality programs.

    Minimum Requirements

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Warehouse experience preferred.

    + Forklift certification or ability to pass forklift certification test.

    + Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety rules.

    + Proficiency in using computers for company-required processes, procedures, and training

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to stand for up to four hours.

    + Regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and communicate verbally.

    + Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

    + Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.

    + Routinely lift, carry, and move raw materials or company products weighing up to 100+ pounds.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
