    Are you passionate about healthcare and eager to make an impact in clinical research? We are looking for driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Clinical Patient Recruiters!

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Engage with potential study participants via inbound calls, outreach texts, and cold calls.

    + Conduct phone screenings using protocol-specific criteria to assess eligibility.

    + Collaborate with study coordinators to meet recruitment goals and confirm participant qualifications.

    + Schedule screening visits and follow up with reminder calls.

    + Keep recruitment data accurate and up-to-date using internal tools.

    + Track participant progress and maintain detailed records per recruitment protocols.

    + Support recruitment campaigns by developing strategies and setting action plans.

    + Provide weekly updates on recruitment progress.

    + Build and maintain a pipeline of potential participants—even between studies.

    + Participate in study meetings and thoroughly review assigned protocols.

    Schedule:

    Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

     

    Rotating Saturdays

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
