Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description
Join our Quality Team to plan and conduct activities that ensure the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products. You will be responsible for planning and conducting analysis, inspection, testing, and integration to guarantee quality products and components. Utilizing statistical process control (SPC) methods, you will evaluate current processes and any changes made. You will also document data obtained during all quality assurance activities, propose new approaches to solve identified problems, communicate significant issues, and recommend process improvements. Additionally, you will prepare and present technical reports and program information on the results of quality assurance activities while maintaining a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
Responsibilities
+ Plan and conduct quality assurance activities for industrial processes, materials, and products.
+ Conduct analysis, inspection, testing, and integration to ensure product quality.
+ Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods to evaluate current processes and changes.
+ Document quality assurance data in accordance with company policies.
+ Identify problems and propose new approaches during quality assurance activities.
+ Communicate significant issues and provide recommended process improvements.
+ Prepare and present technical reports on quality assurance results.
+ Maintain knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
+ Previous experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
+ Project management experience.
+ Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma practices.
+ ISO-9001 experience.
+ Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (highly desired), Black Belt a plus.
+ Proficient in Minitab and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
+ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
Work Environment
This position is based onsite. The work environment is dynamic and may require domestic and international travel up to 10% of the time.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
Vacation is capped at 3 weeks but their benefits are awesome.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Hartland,WI.
