    Job Title: Project Civil Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Lead Civil Engineer who will lead and coordinate the planning, design, and permitting of land development and infrastructure projects across diverse market sectors. This individual will play a pivotal role in mentoring staff, driving technical excellence, and fostering client relationships.     Responsibilities

    + Lead and coordinate the planning, design, and permitting of land development and infrastructure projects.

    + Mentor staff and drive technical excellence within the team.

    + Foster and manage client relationships to generate new business.

    + Develop and manage projects from concept through construction documentation.

    + Ensure compliance with local, city, county, and state land use regulations.

    + Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects ensuring effective communication and coordination.

    + Perform technical and proposal writing as well as hydrologic/hydraulic modeling.

    + Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control designs.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

    + Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.

    + Minimum 6 years of experience in civil design and land development.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

    + Strong technical background in stormwater design, site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control.

    + Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and motivating teams.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, colleagues, and regulatory agencies.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in healthcare, higher education, distribution, K-12, commercial, office, retail, or mixed-use projects.

    + Familiarity with local, city, county, and state land use regulations.

    + Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.

    + Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for site visits and client meetings.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $133000.00/yr.
