Join Our Team as a Designer/Field Technician – Power Distribution!

What You’ll Do:
+ Create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications that bring power distribution projects to life.
+ Work independently to produce high-quality manual or computer-assisted construction drawings with precision and minimal errors.
+ Interpret and apply industry standards and company specifications to your designs.
+ Collaborate on cost estimates, evaluations, and requisitions to support project planning.
+ Assist with engineering calculations and technical documentation.
+ Coordinate equipment deliveries and design timelines to keep projects on track.
+ Collect and analyze field data to inform design decisions and evaluate equipment performance.
What You Bring:
+ Associate Degree in a technical field preferred – but if you’ve got the experience, we want to hear from you!
+ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience if no degree is held.
+ Proven leadership and technical skills to take ownership of your work.
+ Strong knowledge in areas such as:
+ Electrical Engineering
+ Instrumentation & Control
+ Protective Relaying
+ Transmission & Substation Design
+ Civil & Mechanical Engineering
+ Distribution Engineering
+ Surveying, GIS, Mapping, and CADD

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
