Title: Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator
Contract Duration: Until January 2026 with potential for extension
Hours: 24 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Asthma study team in Rock Hill, SC. This role involves managing various aspects of clinical trials, with a focus on patient recruitment and data management.
Responsibilities
+ Medical Record Review: Conduct thorough reviews of patient medical records.
+ Participant Screening: Perform phone screenings or prescreen participants for eligibility.
+ Community Outreach: Visiting clinics and hospitals to educate medical professionals and patients about the clinical trial, distributing study materials, posting recruitment materials, and maintaining online portals to track metrics.
+ Referral Physician Networking: Building relationships between clinical researchers and community physicians to facilitate patient recruitment for clinical trials
Essential Skills
+ Clinical trial management
+ Electronic medical records (EMR) systems
+ Clinical research methodologies
+ Proficiency in query resolution
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
+ Proven track record in patient recruitment for clinical trials.
Work Environment
This role operates within normal business hours, 24-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and demands a high level of attention to detail. Team members are expected to work collaboratively and efficiently to meet the demands of clinical research.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
