Job Title: Insulation Installer

Job Description

Join a dedicated team providing a wide range of residential and commercial insulation services. You'll work a shift from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Start and end your day at the office, where you'll receive your work orders before heading to project sites.

Responsibilities

+ Install various types of insulation, including fiberglass, cellulose, wall spray cellulose, spray foam, blown-in, and batt insulation.

+ Conduct work on new construction, retrofit, and historic home insulation projects.

+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

+ Cut, fit, and install insulation materials accurately.

+ Perform general labor duties, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Essential Skills

+ 1-2 years of experience in a construction general laborer role.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Basic carpentry and electrical knowledge.

+ Blueprint reading skills.

+ Inventory management.

+ OSHA 10 certification (preferred, not required).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
