             Job Title: Digital Press Operator Job Description Operate and maintain digital presses to produce print jobs according to specifications. Review job tickets and verify materials, file accuracy, and finishing requirements before production. Set up press for proper color, registration, and paper alignment. Monitor press runs to maintain consistent quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of press operations, including run counts, downtime, and maintenance. Inspect finished work for accuracy, color quality, and overall appearance. Essential Skills + 2+ years of operating digital printing equipment. + Proficiency with digital presses (e.g., HP Indigo, Xerox, or similar). + Knowledge of color management, RIP software, and file preparation. + Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills. + Ability to read and interpret job tickets and technical specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Printing machine and printing press operation. + Machine setup and fabrication. + Precision measuring tools. + Solid machine operators from other industries are considered Why Work Here? Work Environment 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, from 2:00 pm to 12:30 am Overtime is voluntary and not mandated. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Edgerton, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.
