    Job Title: Warehouse Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Maintenance Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for clearing jams on the conveyors and in the nets that catch packages, performing area walks to ensure there are no jams, and executing 5S duties around the work area. Additionally, you will assist with coordinating and ordering parts, working collaboratively with the maintenance team on various projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Clear jams on the conveyors and in the nets that catch packages.

    + Conduct area walks to identify and resolve jams.

    + Perform 5S duties to maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Assist in coordinating and ordering parts for maintenance needs.

    + Collaborate with the maintenance team on various projects.

    + Be comfortable walking up to 3-5 miles a day.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in repair, mechanical, and electrical tasks.

    + Proficiency in machine operation and mechanical assembly.

    + Ability to operate hand and power tools.

    + Familiarity with blueprint reading and troubleshooting.

    + Experience with pallet jack operation and inventory management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong troubleshooting skills.

    + Experience in machine operation.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    This is a Contract position based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
