    Job Title: Assembly Technician

    Job Description

    As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and integrating drone systems and subsystems. You will also conduct functional and performance tests on integrated systems, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and document integration procedures and test results. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards is a key part of this role.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble and integrate drone systems and subsystems.

    + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in assembly and use of hand and power tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.

    + Knowledge of wiring and soldering techniques.

    + Familiarity with integration processes, especially in medical devices.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with mobile/embedded electronics and Bluetooth or Wi-Fi enabled devices.

    + Knowledge of remote sensing assembly, rework, and SMT component soldering.

    + Proficiency in board-level testing using oscilloscopes.

    + Experience executing command line interfaces for flashing and testing circuit boards.

    + Familiarity with microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi, or Arduino.

    + Experience with small cameras, micro-mechanical interfaces, brushless motors, motor controllers, tiny gear mechanisms, and rechargeable battery packs.

    + Ability to write assembly instructions.

    + Proficiency in team communication tools, issue tracking tools, and data tools (Linear/Jira/Trello/Notion, Confluence/One-Note, Slack, Excel, etc.).

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
