Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to perform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, making necessary repairs. Work will be conducted on rooftops and within facilities, requiring climbing ladders and using lifts.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct service work and repairs on HVAC equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues effectively.
+ Perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal operation.
+ Work on rooftops and within facility environments.
+ Climb ladders and use lifts as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in commercial or industrial HVAC service.
+ State Certified Journeyman card holder or equivalent experience.
+ Proficient in troubleshooting and making repairs.
+ Experience working on RTUs, chillers, water towers, cooling towers, VFDs, boilers, and air handlers.
+ EPA Certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in using mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
+ Familiarity with sheet metal, installation, and refrigeration.
+ Experience with chilled water systems and blueprint reading.

Work Environment
The role is based onsite at an industrial facility, specifically the GM Tech Center. Work will involve handling industrial-grade HVAC equipment and requires adherence to safety protocols.

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $80080.00/yr.
