             Job Title: Pallet Builder Job Description Join a family-owned business with a history of excellence. Our main distribution center is seeking dedicated individuals to support our operations across 94 retail locations throughout the Midwest. As a Pallet Builder, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are efficiently distributed to all locations. Responsibilities + Sort and organize received materials within the warehouse. + Utilize an RF scanner to accurately track inventory. + Pull and prepare orders for daily shipments. + Stock and palletize orders according to work orders. + Secure loaded pallets with shrink wrap for shipment. + Collaborate with forklift operators to move materials as needed. Essential Skills + Experience with forklift operation. + Proficiency in using RF scanners. + Ability to handle inventory management. + Familiarity with pallet jacks. + General labor and warehouse production skills. + Experience in order picking, packing, loading, and material handling. Additional Skills & Qualifications + At least 6 months of previous manual labor experience. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is based in a spacious distribution warehouse with multiple levels. While equipped with fans, the warehouse can become warm during summer months. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 5am to 2:30pm, with flexible start times if needed. Every department operates every other Saturday until Black Friday. The dress code requires closed-toed shoes and prohibits offensive clothing. T-shirts and shorts are permitted in hot weather. The second shift runs from 4pm to 12:30am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SIOUX CITY, Iowa. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
