Job Title: Demolition Laborer / Equipment Operator

This role combines hands-on fieldwork with the operation of heavy equipment to support cleanup, remediation, and hazardous material management. Key Responsibilities
+ Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, and loaders
+ Perform demolition tasks such as soil excavation, concrete removal, and site preparation
+ Assist with environmental emergency response and facility cleanup projects
+ Safely handle and package hazardous materials for transport and disposal
+ Decontaminate tools, vehicles, and work areas to maintain safety standards
+ Respond to emergency spills using specialized equipment like Vac trucks
+ Maintain accurate records of materials handled and equipment used
Qualifications
+ 2–5 years of experience in construction, demolition, or general labor
+ CDL Class B license with a clean driving record, or willingness to obtain
+ Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
+ Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule (4 weeks active, 1 week on-call)
+ Ability to travel for short-term environmental projects
+ Capable of wearing a respirator and working with hazardous materials

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
