    Job Title: Water Treatment Operator (Starting at $16+ depending on experience)

    Job Description

    This position requires a minimum of 6 months experience within the oil and gas industry. The role involves working night shifts only, with a 12-hour shift from 7pm to 7am, following a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.

    Responsibilities

    + Staffed on fracs and stationed at pump stations.

    + Monitor tanks and set up/take down equipment.

    + Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, distributing them according to project plans and specifications.

    + Store and stack materials.

    + Tend to pumps and generators.

    + Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.

    + Operate hand and power tools.

    Essential Skills

    + Knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

    + Experience in general labor, oil and gas, and construction.

    + Ability to work in confined spaces.

    + Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.

    + Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

    + Detail-oriented with a focus on safety.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a team environment.

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in the energy or construction industry is a plus.

    + Ability to work as an equipment operator or yard worker.

    Work Environment

     

    This role involves working outdoors around the clock, with shifts lasting 12-14 hours. Employees must be willing to work night shifts. The work environment requires wearing steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt. Training includes shadowing a lead operator for one week.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
