    Hiring Warehouse Associates in Aurora, CO

     

    Join a fast-paced distribution hub that serves stores across Colorado. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be essential in preparing orders for delivery—accurately picking, staging, and loading items to keep operations running smoothly.

    Job Description:

    + Operate an electric pallet jack or stand-up forklift to pick orders.

    + Manually load large items (e.g., TVs, appliances) onto pallets.

    + Stage products at the loading dock for outbound trucks.

    + Spend about 90% of your shift on equipment operation; the remaining 10% on cleaning or manual loading tasks.

    Work Schedule & Environment:

    + **Shift:** 1st or 2nd shift

    + **Days:** Monday–Saturday

    + Sundays off + either Tuesday or Wednesday off.

    + Schedule provided **two weeks in advance** for easy planning.

    + Steel-toed shoes **not required** .

    + **Contract-to-hire** opportunity for long-term stability.

    Qualifications:

    + Must have previous warehouse experience.

    + Must have experience operating forklifts.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

    + Experience using an electric pallet jack.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.35 - $23.35/hr.
