    Job Title: Production Associate - C Shift

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team on the C shift, working every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6am to 6pm. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in electronic manufacturing. We value a positive attitude and are open to training entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

    Responsibilities

    + Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.

    + Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.

    + Adhere to production standards and goals, lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.

    + Follow detailed instructions and operate within established policies and procedures.

    + Use basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous experience in electronic manufacturing, either through-hole or surface mount soldering.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and flexibility to assist other departments.

    + Basic computer skills including navigation, Excel, and Outlook.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Great attitude and willingness to be flexible.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.

    + One or more years of related experience is preferred.

    + Competent in assembly, soldering, mechanical production, and use of hand tools.

    + Capability to adapt to changes and support improvement initiatives.

    + Ability to maintain composure in stressful environments and share knowledge proactively.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. The C shift schedule consists of 12-hour shifts every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. You will have the option to sit or stand during your shift, although standing is frequently required.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
