Job Title: SMT Operator

• **Shift:** Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled **SMT Operator** to join our team at a leading electronics manufacturing company. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, soldering, and system testing. If you have a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble systems manually using torque drivers and hardware

+ Perform load functions and back flush operations using computer systems

+ Solder components (resistors, transistors, transmitters) onto circuit boards

+ Conduct functional and Pass/Fail testing on completed systems

+ Pull required materials from flow racks

+ Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process

Required Skills & Experience

+ Experience operating SMT machines

+ Proficient in soldering and reading blueprints

+ Knowledge of PCBA, surface mount technology, and electro-mechanical systems

+ Skilled in thru-hole soldering and general assembly

+ Experience testing electronic circuits

Additional Qualifications

+ Comfortable standing for extended periods

+ Able to follow written instructions and handle small parts with precision

+ Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
