Now Hiring - SMT Operators in San Jose

•$25-$27/hour

**Schedule:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday

**Overtime and Saturday work required**

**Join a cutting-edge electronics manufacturing team where precision meets innovation.** We’re looking for a detail-oriented **SMT Operator** who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in building high-quality electronic systems.

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble systems manually using torque drivers and hardware

+ Operate SMT machines and perform load/back flush functions using computer systems

+ Solder components (resistors, transistors, transmitters) onto PCBs

+ Conduct functional and Pass/Fail testing on completed systems

+ Pull materials from flow racks and maintain inventory accuracy

+ Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assembly process

What You Bring

+ Hands-on experience operating SMT machines

+ Proficiency in soldering (surface mount and thru-hole)

+ Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions

+ Familiarity with PCBA and electro-mechanical systems

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Comfortable standing for long periods and handling small parts

+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
