    Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing solutions with professionalism and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

    + Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely resolutions, always striving for an exceptional experience.

    + Process orders, refunds, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.

    + Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless support.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products, services, policies, and promotions.

    + Track, document, and report customer interactions in CRM systems to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement.

    + Proactively recommend solutions or products that meet customer needs.

    + Monitor customer feedback and escalate concerns as needed to improve processes.

    + Contribute to team goals and productivity standards while upholding company values.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.

    + Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.

    + Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with online chat platforms is a plus.

    + Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle inquiries diplomatically and professionally.

    + Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills, capable of resolving issues in real-time while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.

    + Customer Focus: A friendly, empathetic, and customer-centric approach with a passion for solving problems.

    + Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities.

    + Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within the team while delivering individual customer service excellence.
