Description

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our pest control team. The Dispatcher is a critical link between our customers and pest control service teams. This role requires excellent coordination and communication skills to schedule and dispatch technicians, resolve customer inquiries, and perform administrative tasks promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

+ Scheduling and Dispatching: Assign service appointments and optimize technician schedules based on location, job type, and priority level.

+ Customer Communication: Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and communicate service updates with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

+ Problem Resolution: Handle scheduling conflicts, technician availability issues, and customer concerns with urgency and tact.

+ Record Keeping: Create and maintain accurate customer service records, technician schedules, and work orders using company systems.

+ Follow-Up: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Team Collaboration: Coordinate with field technicians and management to streamline operations and ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements

+ Experience: Previous experience in a dispatcher, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.

+ Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in the use of scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.

+ Knowledge: Basic understanding of pest control services is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.

+ Personality Traits: A proactive approach, customer-focused attitude, and ability to work under pressure.

+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or related certification preferred.

+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
