Job Description

Responsibilities
+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including work with systems up to 480 volts.
+ Maintain and repair conveyor systems, robotics, and automation equipment.
+ Perform hands-on maintenance on banders, packaging machinery, and shrink film machinery.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
+ Utilize basic PLC troubleshooting skills.
+ Contribute to waste reduction initiatives and overall operational efficiency.
Essential Skills
+ Electrical troubleshooting skills up to 480 volts.
+ Experience in maintenance of conveyor systems and automation equipment.
+ Hands-on experience with banders and packaging machinery.
+ Basic PLC troubleshooting capabilities.
+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with robotics and automation equipment.
+ Knowledge of shrink film machinery and related systems.

Work Environment
We offer a clean and well-maintained work environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Positions are available on 2nd and 3rd shifts (11pm - 7am Sunday night - Friday morning), with initial training provided on 1st shift for 1 to 3 weeks. During training, you will work one-on-one with an experienced Lead to ensure a smooth transition. Candidates must be open to working every other Saturday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $41.00/hr.
