We’re looking for a **Production Supervisor** to lead a team of 15–20 assemblers in a dynamic **electro-mechanical manufacturing** environment.     •** **What You’ll Do

    + Supervise and support a team of **15–20 production assemblers** on the **afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)**

    + Oversee **daily operations** , scheduling, and personnel management

    + Ensure **quality standards** are met and documented across all production cells

    + Drive **cost reduction** and **process improvement** initiatives

    + Coordinate **materials and logistics** to ensure smooth workflow

    + Monitor **cell performance** and implement strategies to boost productivity

    + Support **production innovation** , including additive manufacturing

    •** **What You Bring

    + **3–7+ years** of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

    + Strong skills in **Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access** for data analysis and reporting

    + Proven ability to manage operations, production planning, and team performance

    + Experience in **continuous improvement** and **project management**

    + Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

    + High school diploma or GED required; **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred**

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
