Job Title: Clean Room Assembly/Operator - Level 2

Job Description

Join our team as a Level 2 Clean Room Assembly/Operator, where you will work in a clean room environment, performing various duties related to the assembly of medical and filter components. This role involves working at a machine station, handling tasks such as loading parts, monitoring machines, visual inspection, packaging, labeling, and more. You will follow work instructions and perform documentation according to work orders, all while standing for 10 hours at your station.

Responsibilities

+ Work in a clean room environment, adhering to gowning requirements including full mask, gloves, hair net, and booties.

+ Perform duties at a machine station such as loading medical or filter components, monitoring machines, and catching parts.

+ Conduct visual inspections, packaging, labeling, bagging, sorting, and trimming.

+ Follow work instructions and complete documentation as per work orders.

+ Use small hand tools and custom machines for assembly processes.

+ Stand for 10 hours while performing assembly tasks.

+ Operate basic machines for trimming, fixture assembly, or bagging.

Essential Skills

+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience (experience in medical or cleanroom environments is a plus).

+ Proficiency in reading, writing, and math skills.

+ Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs.

+ Capability to stand for 10 hours wearing steel-toe boots.

+ Excellent attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with assembly, machine operation, and general labor tasks.

+ Hand dexterity and attention to detail.

+ Experience in medical assembly is advantageous.

Work Environment

Employees will work in a clean, climate-controlled environment, with some positions in clean rooms requiring full gowning, including hair/beard nets and eye protection. Steel-toe boots and safety glasses are mandatory throughout the facility. Each workstation is organized and candidates must be able to stand for 10 hours during their shift. The first shift runs from 5 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional mandatory Fridays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
