    **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Daylight Shift)

    **Optional Overtime:** Fridays (half days), Saturdays & Sundays (voluntary)

    Pay: $23-$29 per hour

    •️ Job Description

     

    We are seeking **skilled Welders** to join our team in a clean, spacious steel fabrication shop. This is a **daylight role** focused on **short arc MIG welding on stainless steel** and **Flux Core welding in the 3G position** . You’ll be responsible for fitting and fabricating parts based on blueprints and work instructions, and operating essential shop equipment including grinders, punch presses, and shears.

     

    • Responsibilities

    + Perform short arc MIG welding on stainless steel components

    + Execute Flux Core welding in the 3G position with precision

    + Read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions

    + Fit and fabricate parts to meet exact specifications

    + Operate grinders, punch press, and shears safely and efficiently

    • Qualifications

    + Prior experience with short arc MIG and Flux Core welding (3G position)

    + Ability to read and follow blueprints and fabrication instructions

    + Familiarity with basic shop tools and fabrication equipment

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

    + Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $56160.00/yr.

     

    PTO: Year 1-5: 3 Weeks. Year 6-10: 4 Weeks. Year 11+: 5 Weeks.
