Job Title: Production Technician

Job Description

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, minor mechanical repairs, and equipment assembly. The role requires hands-on experience with cars, tractors, diesel trucks, or industrial manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and wiring issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.

+ Perform system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure proper functionality.

+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in low voltage work.

+ Ability to use hand tools effectively.

+ Skilled at pulling wire.

+ Mechanically inclined with the ability to turn a wrench.

+ Experience with assembly, hydraulics, and diesel engines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mechanically inclined

+ Hard worker

+ Hands-on experience is essential.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a manufacturing environment during the 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
