    Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

    Job Description

    The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient supply chain and inventory control processes. With a focus on excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities, keen attention to detail, and adept problem-solving skills. This role requires in-depth knowledge of supply chain procedures and inventory control to ensure a seamless material flow for our operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Collect, analyze, and present supply chain data to improve visibility and drive decision making within the leadership team.

    + Comply with receiving and warehousing procedures.

    + Prepare and file detailed records on procurement activity, quantity, and vendors.

    + Assist in the distribution of supplies within the organization.

    + Control inventory levels and ensure material availability during emergencies.

    + Assist with stocking and storage of materials received.

    + Maintain and record inventory accurately.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with stand-up forklift and reach truck operation.

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Knowledge of supply chain, inventory control, and processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to comply with receiving and warehousing procedures.

    + Experience in assisting with the distribution of supplies.

    + Competence in stocking and storage of received materials.

    This is a Contract position based out of Goodyear, Arizona.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
