    Job Title: Cable Assembler

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Cable Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in preparing and assembling cables using both manual and automatic tools. You will be responsible for soldering small wires and components, applying EMI shields, and over-molding with epoxy or using a molding machine. Your keen eye for detail will ensure product compliance through thorough scanning and testing.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare wires by cutting and stripping them using both manual and automatic equipment.

    + Solder small wires and components with precision, often using a microscope.

    + Apply over-molding techniques using epoxy or a molding machine.

    + Implement EMI shield applications to ensure product integrity.

    + Conduct regular scanning and testing of products to ensure compliance.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with cable assembly and mechanical assembly.

    + Proficiency in soldering and working with PCB boards.

    + Ability to read and follow English process documentation.

    + Competence in using a ruler for precise measurement checks.

    + Capability to perform medium to high dexterity tasks consistently.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Comfortable wearing an ESD bracelet/jacket while handling sensitive electronics.

    + Ability to maintain focus and follow process documentation meticulously.

    + Willingness to work 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, with optional Friday overtime.

    Work Environment

     

    Experience a modern, start-up atmosphere in a newly built facility with a close-knit team of around 25 employees. Work in a collaborative warehouse environment with about 6-7 colleagues, supported by a manager who maintains an open-door policy.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, Arizona.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
