**Are you ready to be part of a cutting-edge manufacturing team in a brand-new, $450 million facility? We’re looking for Machine Operators and Machine Operator Assistants** who are hands-on, tech-savvy, and ready to grow with a company that truly values its people.

• What You’ll Do:

+ Operate state-of-the-art automated machinery using HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.

+ Calibrate and monitor computer systems to ensure precision and quality.

+ Perform light preventative maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.

+ Assist with machine startups, adjustments, and daily operations.

+ Load/unload materials and ensure proper labeling and handling of products.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

+ Identify and report any equipment or product issues promptly.

• What You Bring:

+ Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, labor-intensive environment** .

+ Experience in machine operation, construction, concrete, asphalt, or similar industries is a plus.

+ Strong computer skills – you’ll be working with fully automated systems.

+ Willingness to work **12-hour rotating shifts** , including weekends and holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57630.00 - $68157.00/yr.
