Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

• Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events when appropriate

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screens and interviews. Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers

• Collaborate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions and extend job offers

• Ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture and receive the necessary support and resources to be successful

• Serve as a point of contact for new hires to address questions or concerns during their onboarding process

• Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment and onboarding process to enhance the candidate experience and increase efficiency

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on recruitment and onboarding activities

• Coordinates recruitment efforts including processing recruitment requests from department directors, preparing and distributing job postings, placing advertisements, and maintaining the ATS in Paylocity

• Maintains an active relationship with colleges and university career centers and third parties recruiting centers

• Provides support to HR Director processing criminal records, background screenings, driver's license check, and educational verification, in a timely manner

• Responsible for ensuring employees complete all related conditions of employment

• Maintains staffing reports as required to reflect authorized positions, hire and termination dates, and actual work days until vacant position is filled

• Prepares monthly or quarterly reports on employment activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Must be bilingual in Spanish

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems; including BambooHR, Paylocity, & Paychex

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
