    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for senior executives in a fast-paced financial services environment. This contract position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and involves managing executive schedules, coordinating complex travel plans, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting leadership with professionalism and discretion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.

    • Coordinate and book comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

    • Organize and prepare for executive meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are handled effectively.

    • Oversee expense reporting and reimbursement processes using tools such as Concur.

    • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

    • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

    • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and calls, to ensure timely responses.

    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

    • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or administrative challenges.

    • Support additional administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

    • Expertise in managing complex calendars and scheduling for senior-level executives.

    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate intricate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.

    • Proficiency in Concur for expense reporting and travel management.

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

    • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
