Description We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join a growing public accounting firm in Burnsville, Minnesota. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage tax planning, compliance, and preparation for a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Provide expert guidance on complex tax issues and strategies to clients and internal teams.

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their growth and development.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, staying updated on any changes.

• Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop and implement business strategies.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.

• Review and approve tax filings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

• Participate in client meetings to provide insights and recommendations for tax optimization.

• Assist in the transition and integration of new clients and systems as necessary.

• Contribute to the firm's long-term planning and growth initiatives, including succession planning. Requirements • A minimum of 15 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.

• Proven expertise in tax planning, compliance, and preparation for various industries.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team.

• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

• CPA designation is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strategic mindset with a commitment to contributing to the firm's growth and success.
