    Job Title: Bulk Loader

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Bulk Loader, where you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the efficient processing of bulk components by performing mechanical assembly and hooking up hoses. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to ensure smooth and timely operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate all necessary equipment to load bulk trucks and railcars efficiently.

    + Work safely on top of bulk trucks or railcars using appropriate fall protection.

    + Follow a schedule to ensure orders are loaded by the correct departure time.

    + Perform sanitation and preventative maintenance as required.

    + Direct other employees in proper safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic problem-solving skills.

    + Mechanical aptitude.

    + Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

    + Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-12 hours.

    + Ability to climb stairs and ladders.

    + Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds/23 kilograms.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and general labor.

    + Familiarity with forklifts and bulk shipping processes.

    + Willingness to rotate shifts and work some weekends.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic warehouse environment involved in bulk truck and railcar loading operations. This position operates on a swing shift, requiring flexibility to work night shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM on a 4-on, 4-off rotation. The role involves working outside in various weather conditions, ensuring safety and compliance with all procedures.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHATTANOOGA, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.13 - $20.13/hr.
