Job Title:** **Senior** **HVAC/R Service Technician

Job Description

Perform HVAC/R service and maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across facilities. Apply current HVAC/R knowledge to improve action plans and guide others. Complete service tasks using company policies, data, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems, EMS, and digital controls.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance and manage workloads with external providers.

+ Track refrigerant levels and parts usage.

+ Order and manage HVAC/R parts and supplies.

+ Maintain supplier and contractor relationships.

+ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local HVAC/R regulations, including building codes and indoor air quality.

+ Follow OSHA and EPA guidelines, including refrigerant reclamation.

+ Model ethical behavior and company values in daily operations.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

+ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.

+ Experience in facilities maintenance and building maintenance.

+ EPA Universal certification and Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification with 2 years' experience in mechanical maintenance or a construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls, or 4 years' experience in a related field.

+ Valid driver's license and clean record.

+ Ability to work shift flexible hours.

Work Environment

This role involves traveling to various retail and distribution locations, using a service van and tools provided. Be prepared to move through narrow and confined spaces, over uneven and slippery surfaces, and work in varying temperatures, including extreme heat or cold. The position may require working at heights, overnight, and varying shifts as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105060.80 - $107000.00/yr.

The company will provide PTO, Medical, dental, and paid holidays

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Worth,TX.
