Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented cleanroom technicians to join our team in a contract role for three months. The positions are available on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) and 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm). As a cleanroom technician, you will perform visual inspections on naloxone products to ensure their quality. This role requires working in a cleanroom environment where hygiene is paramount, and candidates must be gowned and ready at the start of their shift. The work is repetitive but non-physical, requiring candidates to be comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct visual inspections on small vials filled with liquid using a magnifying glass to identify any fibers.

+ Perform visual quality checks on products for the entire shift.

+ Document findings with clear handwriting.

+ Focus on detailed inspections to prevent batch failures.

+ Maintain full attention and visual acuity to identify small defects in vials.

Essential Skills

+ Excellent vision and attention to detail.

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under a microscope for extended hours.

+ Capability to work independently and maintain focus throughout the shift.

+ Strong hand dexterity and experience with quality assurance processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with medical assembly and cleanroom environments.

+ Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality control methodologies.

+ Basic skills in using calipers, micrometers, and other quality inspection tools.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom GMP-regulated environment at a facility with multiple sites. The area includes small workspaces with 8-10 tables. Technicians must adhere to strict hygiene protocols and are required to wear gowns. The role involves sitting or standing for the entire shift, with a focus on detailed inspections using a magnifying glass.

This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.15/hr.
