Job Title: Line Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Are you looking to begin your career in Manufacturing, then this job is for YOU! As a Line Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on machinery and equipment on the floor. You will play a crucial role as the first line of maintenance, handling small repairs and adjustments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot machinery and equipment on the floor.

+ Perform basic maintenance and small repairs on machines.

+ Test equipment and check sensors.

+ Complete tooling repairs and fixtures.

+ Execute daily machinery changeovers at 10am and ensure proper functioning post-changeover.

+ Conduct quality checks for initial parts to confirm successful changeovers.

+ Communicate effectively with different departments such as maintenance, production, engineering, and quality.

+ Document and write daily reports using a computer.

+ Use hand tools for mechanical repairs and adjustments.

+ Read and interpret blueprints as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Vocational school graduates are welcome.

+ Experience with hydraulics and mold machines is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $24.30/hr.
