Aerotek is hiring a **Flatbed Truck Driver** to support scaffolding operations in the Chesapeake area. This is a hands-on role involving transportation, loading/unloading, and field support. If you're a safety-focused driver with flatbed experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

•** **Key Responsibilities

+ Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport scaffolding equipment between warehouse and job sites

+ Load and unload materials using proper tools and techniques

+ Secure loads with chains, straps, and tarps to meet DOT standards

+ Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

+ Assist warehouse and field crews with organizing and staging equipment

+ Operate a sit-down propane forklift

+ Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatchers and site supervisors

•** **Must-Have Skills

+ Flatbed truck operation

+ Forklift (sit-down)

+ Loading & unloading heavy materials

+ Load securement techniques

•** **Nice-to-Have Skills

+ General labor

+ Transport & production support

+ CDL Class A or B license (clean driving record)

+ Forklift certification

•** **Qualifications

+ Minimum 2 years of flatbed driving experience preferred

+ Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs

+ Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards

+ Strong punctuality and reliability

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr.
