Description

Our team in Houston, TX is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Citrix Engineer to join us. If you’re passionate about optimizing virtual desktop environments, ensuring seamless user experiences, and working with cutting-edge infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you!

+ Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of a Citrix virtual desktop/infrastructure environment (e.g., Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC / NetScaler).

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, storage, security) to ensure high availability and performance of VDI and Citrix-based solutions.

+ Troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure issues, manage upgrades, maintain policies and capacity planning.

+ Provide documentation, runbooks, and assist in automation of tasks.

+ Some on-call or after hours support may be required.

Requirements

+ 3-5+ years of experience administering Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops, ADC, profiles, policies).

+ Good knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

+ Networking fundamentals (load balancing, SSL, WAN/LAN).

+ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

+ Optional: Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V), experience with cloud-hybrid Citrix deployments.

+ Experience implementing Citrix in a large‐scale enterprise/hybrid cloud environment.

+ Familiarity with scripting/automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible).

+ Understanding of security/compliance frameworks.
